I do about 90% of my shopping online and recommend the following for doing so:
-
Mr. Rebates
Mr. Rebates is like Ebates. You earn a percentage of your purchase back in cash. There are tons of merchants to choose from and it also lists any valid promo codes for each merchant. I’ve earned over $350 cash back in the last 3 years by using this site. Pays out at $25 in earnings via check or Paypal.
-
HauteLook
Designer duds, at mostly affordable prices. I’ve gotten some really great deals on this site, but not all of their sales are created equal. I just check out the daily email and if something appeals to me, I’ll go check it out. Otherwise, DELETE
Easy enough. -
Billion Dollar Babes
Same idea as HauteLook, although I don’t think they do daily sales, but its several times a week. I’ve gotten some great designer jeans from this site and love them.
-
JewelMint
From actress Kate Bosworth and Cher Coulter comes this new and exciting jewelry site. JewelMint releases twelve pieces of jewelry each month and make recommendations based on your style profile. Each piece is $29.99 each with free shipping. They have a great referral program as well. For each person you send their way, you earn one free credit when that friend make their first purchase. The credit is good for one piece of jewelry valued at $29.99 and is credited to you 30 days after the purchase.
-
Plum District
They offer amazing daily deals. Local moms find businesses they love and share 50 – 80% savings with the rest of us. You get a $5 credit when you sign up through my referral link.
-
Totsy
Another flash sale site, but targeted toward moms. Totsy has some great deals on kid items and things for mom and dad too. I got several things for Christmas gifts the day I signed up. Xander will love all the Phineas and Ferb stuff I picked out for him! You can check them out here.
-
Send the Trend
I just recently discovered this site and it’s a lot like JewelMint, but there is more to choose from than just jewelry. They offer sunglasses, handbags, beauty items and more. If you’d like to join and earn a $10 credit email me at xoxotrina@live.com and I’ll send you the referral email to get you started.
-
Birchbox
Once you sign up and complete your beauty profile at Birchbox, you’ll receive a box filled with 4-5 beauty samples from luxury brands. Each month is only $10 and will include a different mix of product types, including makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, and hair care. All samples are generously sized, with enough product to allow you to figure out if they’re right for you. If you purchase the full sized product, you earn points and there is usually free shipping offered on your box items that month. You can always skip a month if beauty samples aren’t in the budget that month and you cancel at anytime.
-
Julep
If you love nail polish, you will love Julep! I just joined their Julep Maven program {it’s similar to Birchbox but with nail polish} and I got my first month for only $5 with the code” INTRO5″ or “FB”. You can sign up here and complete a beauty profile. Of course, you can skip a month if polish isn’t in the budget, or you can opt to send your box to a friend.
-
One Kings Lane
One Kings Lane offers top-brand & designer furniture, decor, art, gifts & vintage items up to 70% off. They tend to be a little pricey, but every now and then there are some great sales, like the Erin Condren deal which I’m hoping will come around again. If you sign up through my referral link there’s a $15 credit waiting for you!
-
Heartsy
Heartsy was a fun find. It’s a Groupon type site for Etsy! I’ve gotten a few things from there so far and it’s fun to discover new shops through their daily sales. Check them out here.
-
Groupon
Speaking of Groupon, surely you know about it by now, right? They offer daily deals on businesses in your area and sometimes nationally as well. I’ve gotten some great deals through Groupon like movie tickets and laser hair removal. Lots of variety here.
-
Swagbucks
Another place I appreciate referrals for, although it’s not technically shopping, is Swagbucks. I use Swagbucks as my primary search engine to earn “bucks” on my searches. I cash them in for Amazon giftcodes each time I earn enough because they can be combined to use on one order. I’ve been able to “buy” all sorts of goodies this way.
Here are a few more places I like to shop.
- 6pm.com {shoes}
- Shabby Apple {gorgeous dresses and more}
- Amazon {just about everything is offered here}
- Alloy {trendy clothing}
- Ruche {clothing, accessories}
- Forever 21 {trendy clothing, accessories}
- Charlotte Russe {trendy clothing, accessories}
- Lulu’s {unique clothing & accessories}
- Endless.com
- Overstock {just about everything & low shipping rates!}
- Pink Ice {edgy clothing, accessories}
- Sam Moon {handbags, accessories}
- Shade Clothing {great basics}
- ShoeBuy {shoes, of course }
Affordable Affiliate Links. Shopping through these links helps me pay for my hosting fees. Thank you!

I often use retail me not in conjuction with swag bucks. That way I can earn points and get a discount or free shipping, as well!

I meant to say retailmenot.com.
