As I’ve mentioned before, I usually try to use a photo for Photo Friday taken the week leading up to the post. This week has been a bit chaotic for me {my dad is now back home with us, long story…I’ll update you in a separate post} so I decided to use two photos from our 4th of July this year that I still haven’t blogged about.
Summers for me as a kid was spent on the lake. Unfortunately for my kids, that’s not the case. But we did get the opportunity to take them out on a boat on the 4th and both of them knee boarded like pros. They had a blast!
- In your post, be sure to link back to this post so all your visitors can click over to see the other participant photos! Feel free to use my button as well.
- Make sure that your link is the direct link to your Photo Friday post. Not just to your blog.
- You don’t have to link up on Fridays. You’ll get more views the sooner you link up, but you actually have 6 days to link up once I post. The link ups close the night before the next week’s Photo Friday post.

Oh, what great photos ! One of the best family vacations we ever had was at my Hubs cousin’s lake ( yes they owned the lake, acreage and mountains ) We fished , went water skiing and had a total blast !

Great pics! I am sure they had a blast. I’ve seen your twitter updates. Sorry your Dad is having such a hard time. I know it’s very hard on you too. Thinking of you and praying for your family.

Unfortunately, I’m so far behind the times that I’m not on Twitter, but I have been thinking about you and your dad and wondering how he is doing. We almost lost my mom to a surprise heart attack (she’s only 59!) in March. I still have nightmares. You are also in my thoughts and prayers.
Gorgeous knee boarding pics. I met my husband when he was knee boarding and our eldest was a pro her first (and unfortunately, only) time. Hugs! Beautiful pics as always.
